My lifelong dry skin complex and my ultimate moisturizing cream

幼い頃からの乾燥肌コンプレックスと、私の最強保湿クリーム

I have dry skin.Especially this time of year, my fingertips crack, and it's a persistent problem. This season has come again...

Ever since I was little, dry skin has been a complex for me. That's why I'm particularly picky about moisturizing creams!

So, I'd like to introduce a few of the moisturizing creams I use.

1. Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion

I always buy body lotion in large quantities, no questions asked. Sometimes it's a good deal.

So many people use Cetaphil, I don't think it needs any further explanation. The fact that it's unscented is also a plus.

Cetaphil offers a great value for its large capacity.

I apply a generous amount after showering.

I keep it by my bed to use as hand cream before sleeping.

2. Borotalco Body Cream

I'm currently attending swimming lessons, and a friend gave this to me as a gift when I told them about it.

It keeps my skin moisturized for a long time, just as well as Cetaphil. I might start using Borotalco as my main cream once I finish Cetaphil....

The downside is that it's a cream, not a pump bottle, and that's my main concern.

If it's not a pump type, opening and closing it is too much of a hassle....

It's fine when I'm using it, but closing the lid with body cream on my hands is stressful. Also, Borotalco seems to be more expensive than Cetaphil. If only there was a cost-effectivelarge-capacity option...

3. Byredo Mojave Ghost

I was curious about Byredo and bought it, but it didn't moisturize at all. (This is my personal opinion.)

I used it for about two years, but there's still a lot left, so I only use it lightly in the summer. The scent didn't suit me either.

Among Byredo scents, Le Chemin was a scent I liked.

However, isn't Byredo's biggest drawback its price?

4. Diptyque Fleur de Peau

I don't use perfume. I used to use perfume, but I found the scent of body cream more appealing and thought it lingered subtly.

You might be thinking, "But you said Byredo was expensive, and now you're using Diptyque?" However, Diptyque is used as a point of fragrance, like perfume. So, in my case, I use body lotion for primary moisturizing, and then a scented body cream for secondary moisturizing on my wrists, ankles, and shoulders to complete the process!

I also use a portable hand cream to maintain the scent.

5.Jo Malone English Pear & Freesia

I use Diptyque as a perfume alternative in winter, and Jo Malone English Pear & Freesia for summer. Diptyque body cream was only sold in large sizes, but Jo Malone body creamcomes in a 50ml size.

It's easy to carry around, and I don't need to decant it when I travel, so I buy the small size. I used to buy it at department stores, but one day a friend invited me to a family sale, and now I wait for family sales to buy it.

6. Le Labo Hand Pomade Basil

Actually, I haven't used it yet. That's because I have too many hand creams, and I don't want the scents to mix, so I haven't used it yet.

I'm planning to try it once I finish the hand cream I use before bed.

Le Labo's design is good, and the font is also beautiful. It might be perfect for a gift.

I've used their lip balm before, but I was a little disappointed with its moisturizing power...

7. Aesop Rejuvenate Hand Balm

My dry skin is so well-known among my friends that the most common birthday gift I receive is hand cream.

I receive Aesop as a gift every year.

And this birthday, I received Aesop hand cream again. Aesop is known for its aromatic scents, so I apply Cetaphil for relaxation, and then layer Aesop hand balm on top.

8. Kamill Hand Cream

I urgently bought Kamill Hand Cream when I went out and my moisturizing cream ran out. I found the mini size cute and bought it. I liked its moisturizing power, and its small size made it easy to carry around. Personally, I'm not a big fan of the scent, though...

9.Vaseline Original Pure Skin Jelly

To alleviate the dryness of my hands, I apply a generous amount of Vaseline to them and watch YouTube with plastic gloves on. Even so, as soon as I go out, my dry skin returns immediately...

Is there a way to escape dry skin? In both summer and winter, moisturizing cream is essential for my hands.
